Bidrage med feedbackWe were happily surprised at the quality of this restaurant, the whole package. The service was great, the servers knew the food and you could tell they were excited to talk about and serve the food. The drinks were great, at first I thought the prices were a little high and again happy to see 2 for one shots of tequila and other spirits. The selection was nice and I had no problem finding some nice brands to try.Now the food, we tried many different things to see how the qualitity was and everything we tried was GREAT. Grilled oysters, crab Mac n Cheese, were really good. My main course was a grilled filet with a chile piquin sauce - I love hot and it was spicy but not as hot as I like. The grill on the fish and the sauce was so good it did not need it. My girlfriend had grilled octopus served with mushroom risoto and it was impressive, to get the meat cooked so perfect and tender and be that tasty,
We went to have dinner with my family and it was so good we went back the next day, the "pulpo atropellado" is great, don't miss the cebiche shots they are spectacular (very hot and spicy) then the "big head shrimp" we had them breaded and they prepared us the heads fried chiltepin style, but the very best is the "taco de torito" (chile guero with marlin and chesse)Overall a great restaurant with great service, if you are in SLP this is the one to go
Good seafood restaurant in San Luis Potosi. Prices are good, the atmosphere is great.Still, they have mixed quality in their dishes. Last year I ordered a tuna steak which was horrible (dry, too much cooked). This time i had different dishes (e.g. shrimp tacos with Jicama tortillas) that were excellent. In general a very good restaurant, but due to my "bad tuna experience" I don't give it five stars.
This place in SLP is great for dinner gatherings, either pleasure or business. Menu selection is quite interesting and on the sophisticated side of the mexican seafood variety. The volteados are an unusual but tasty side dish to the main seafood plates. Beer and wine availability are good, with excellent options to go along with dinner selections.
The food was great! I think is the best seafood I have tried in San Luis Potosi. The staff was attentive, although busy. But well, what is to be expected of a crowded place. Regarding the place, is just average, too many tables in a small space. I have kids so I am always looking for someplace that has something for them. And although this place has a gameroom it is quite inadequate, is unsupervised and right at the entrance and we were at the 2nd floor, so impossible to leave them there.
