Pizza Republic - San Luis Obispo

This restaurant is truly a hidden gem. It’s our go-to spot for fresh takeout. We love everything on the menu, especially the homemade meatballs, chicken parmesan, pizzas, and the chop chop salad. The service is excellent as well!

The spaghetti and pizza were incredibly bland, lacking any flavor, and were excessively greasy. I definitely do not recommend this place at all! I tried the Spaghetti Alla Pomodoro and the Margarita pizza by the slice.

The carbonara was poorly executed and overly soupy. The small serving of pasta was practically drowning in sauce. It was the worst and most expensive carbonara I've ever had.

The salad is delicious just as I remember but the pizzas are a little soggy. That may be the delivery vs fresh in person, this is my first time having it delivered! Still delicious.

The Mac Cheese came with corn kernels and broccoli. I just realized that's what it was in the picture.
