Pizza La Nova - San Luis Obispo

Delicious pizza! I tried the Margherita for the first time today and it was both simple and flavorful. Eric, the owner, is really friendly and explained how they use only authentic, fresh ingredients, including flour sourced straight from New York! Definitely a genuine experience.

I was wonderfully surprised by this little pizza spot in a strip mall. The pizza was fantastic, featuring a flavorful sauce and a thin, crisp crust that was just right—not too crispy. The service was outstanding as well. The person who took our order noticed my daughter's local school sweatshirt and kindly offered us a discount. Then the owner, upon seeing our NYC card, went out of his way to give us a geography lesson, showcasing his distinctive accent from New York. Everyone was so friendly, and the food was delicious. They truly deserve my business.

This is my favorite spot for a slice of pizza. I really enjoy their crispy, thin crust, and their lunch options are fantastic. The place has a wonderful aroma, and the ovens are impeccably clean. I do miss the Parmesan cheese shakers on the tables; I’m not a fan of these little packets. It also seems like the cheese packets have gotten smaller recently. However, overall, a slice and a drink is a great deal, and the pizza tastes delicious!

A little place but so worth finding. The pizza is a perfect NY slice. Pricing is excellent and the crew is helpful and will give samples if you are unsure what to order. Highly recommended!

August 20, 2012 2 large pizzas for $13.99. One of the best values in town! Fatte's Pizza has the same deal, but this place is so much better.
