Alex Madonna's Gold Rush Steak House

If you love quirky and love Steak... then don't go on! This is the place for you. Tonight they had a special 11oz fillet mignon with half lobster. The fillet was perfectly cooked. We also had the pasta with chicken and shared both dishes for our anniversary. We ended up with a champagne cake and it was delicious. I would either recommend the restaurants at Madonna Inn. Both serve generously and have an excellent service.

Service was great, waitress smiled and was very friendly. (I think her name was Ashlee? I asked if we were there for every occasion. Get us a piece of their famous Pink Champagne cake for our anniversary. The food was good.

???????????????? ° Built in 1958 by Alex and Phyllis Madonna, the Madonna Inn is an exceptionally bizarre Swiss Alps inspired hotel and restaurant that seems to celebrate everything that is garish and sticky in human taste. The Madonna Inn consists of 109 lush rooms, all with different themes and names to fit: Floral Fantasy, Jungle Rock, Sir Walter Raleigh and Whispering Hills to name a few. No two rooms are the same. All colors of the rainbow are used, but pink is particularly preferred, especially in the unusual rusty lobby dining room, decorated with bright pink stands to fit the bright pink tablecloths. Even the sugar on the tables is pink. Fun place to make sure and relax. I love how every detail killed herself

We had such a fantastic experience here! The decorations add an excellent character to the room, and it made me feel that I was transported to a completely different time. I had ordered the Rib Eye Steak that was cooked exactly as I like it and it tasted amazing! The portion sizes are also very generous, so you should definitely arrive with empty stomach.

Super delicious food in a funky atmosphere! Top notch service from all of the staff members. Highly recommend getting a cake while you?re here banana cream pie and the banana nut cake did not disappoint. Don?t forget to stop by the world famous downstairs restrooms. We will be back!
