Bidrage med feedbackI went through the drive-thru and realized that my spicy chicken sandwich was missing. By the time I got home, it was too far to go back. I always feel like I'm being ripped off at this restaurant. Is this a common occurrence here?
We enjoy Wendy's, but nearly every time we use the drive-thru, something is missing or incorrect. Today, I ordered two burgers and only found one in the bag when I got home. I use the drive-thru so I can get home and eat, but now one of us is without food. This is the last chance for Wendy's to get it right, otherwise I will not be returning.
When it's hot as hell . You come here for a yummy frosty !! I had a mixed one strawberry and chocolate. It was so yummy and it cooled me off .
The food at this restaurant is delicious. However, they no longer offer vanilla Frostys. The only flavor available now is strawberry, which some may find disappointing. I understand that this Wendy's location is not to blame for the change in flavors, but it would have been nice to know before reaching the payment window.
Worst time to go is Saturday night around 9pm. Once I was given my order, I took off and realized I forgot to do a quick inspection of my bags (I do this with all fast foods to make sure my food is all there). At the stop light I did a quick checkand realized my baconnator burger was missing. I drove back and since the drive through line was long, I knocked at the door.After I told one of the workers I had a burger missing, they found my other bag sitting by the the drive through window. As acompensation, they through in a small fries. I checked everything again and I went home. Once home, the salad dressing for mysalads were missing. I saw the pecans earlier and figured the sauce would be with it as well but nope. And, instead of forks, Iwas given spoons for my salad. The ranch sauce for my nuggets was replaced by a small packet of sour cream. I did however, haveA LOT of napkins so that was a plus.
