Subway - San Leandro

I like to visit Subway when I receive coupons in the mail to make sure I don't waste them. The food at Subway is decent, but I remember it tasting better 20 years ago. It might just be me though.

I placed an order via DoorDash and unfortunately, my order was completely mixed up. When I called the restaurant, the two individuals who answered the phone had difficulty understanding my English and kept repeating themselves. They ultimately instructed me to come in to the restaurant, even though I had requested delivery.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. The manager needs to train the staff on how to properly interact with customers. I do not recommend this place at all.

Went here with a coupon of a foot long for $7.99 and the lady just laughed and when I showed her. When I went to pay at the cashier I showed the coupon again and they just threw it away and charged me full price.

Not enough ham, no salt and pepper and no oil and vinegar. Not what I am used to getting from here.
