Garlic parmesan twist and crust on pizza was hard and stale

PiZza was good but they forgot a topping. No bueno for pizza so expensive.

I ordered a pizza for takeout and was given the wrong pizza. I didn't realize the mistake until I got home. I called the restaurant and they were initially polite, instructing me to return so they could correct the error. Due to being on a baseball trip, we couldn't return until the next day. The restaurant assured us that we would be taken care of. The following day, I called and was treated poorly by the person who answered the phone. They refused to assist me and made it difficult to speak with a manager. When I asked for their names, I was told that they were not allowed to provide that information. I have been a loyal customer for years, but after this experience, I will not be returning. The lack of customer service skills is disappointing for such a reputable establishment like Round Table. They need to improve their service.

This was the worst pizza I have ever had. The service was terrible - the employees behind the counter wouldn't even give me a water cup. I waited 45 minutes for one pepperoni pizza and six bread twists. One of the girls was licking her fingers and got upset when I asked her if she washed her hands before handling my food. When I finally got my pizza, it was awful. The dough was old and made the pizza and bread twists taste old as well. It did not meet the standard of Round Table Pizza, and I should know because I used to manage a Round Table for 10 years. I am very disappointed and would like a refund.

This restaurant is laughable now. I will never come here again. They run out of ingredients and still try to pass the pizza off. They were out of sauce and sold me a dry , sauceless pepperoni pizza. They initially mixed up my order. The cool doesn't speakEnglish . Do not come here . Go to the other one at the shopping plaza on Davis
