Harry's Hofbrau - San Leandro

Not really Bavarian, but the carvery is pretty good.

They have a variety of foods, And a different special everyday ,can't go wrong, give it a try And Desserts also.

Always good food, but this time, the baby ribs were somehow not tender and macaroni and cheese cold.

I’ve been going to Harry’s Hofbrau ever since they opened up, over 35 years. It’s really the only restaurant around that I trust to eat at. Food is always fresh and served at the right temperature. I do not eat at Fast foods. Harry’s Hofbrau is the best around.

Today i went to harrys for a lunch i saw the menu and it offered corn beef and cabbage as i like this dish so i ordered it with a salad and drink around 30.00 took my plate to the table i tried to cut the cabbage but it was so undercooked and had a bitter taste as it does when its not cooked long enough then the cornered beef again so undercooked the fat was hanging on the beef when properly cooked the fat will be rendered and mostly gone the carrots undercooked the potatoes undercooked i had to go and ask for a steak knife to cut anything generally i dont put salt on anything but in this case i had to use alot just to get any flavors i dont know who to blame here maybe the cooks in the kitchen were late getting the food ready but the lin cooks know when they cut into the food if it s cooked the right way so all failed today come on harry lets do a better job here and again someone is watering down the blue cheese dressing again its not like were not paying enough for the food here already SAD
