Some of the made to order dishes are better. Service is not so great, you have to strain to get attention of the staff from start to finish. A couple of time the individual forgot our requests.
Place is shut down guys!! called place to confirm ! sucks loved this spot very convenient to home
This place gave both my boyfriend and I food poisoning. I'm pretty sure their vegetables and meat are not fresh as the lamb looked pretty gray in color. Will definitely not be coming back.
Found a long hair in my dumpling, the server's solution was to get me a new pot of soup but leave the same dumplings for the table. Then when he brought the new soup, the burner stopped working and his solution was to tell me to move to a different spot. His attitude made it seem like this is something that happens often and like he didn't really care. I was so grossed out that I stopped eating and only stayed because I was a part of a large group dining for Father's Day. Towards the end of our meal (and 40 minutes before closing) they shut off half the lights in the restaurant and turned off the music. Basically *hint hint* time to leave. Really bad experience, I don't find myself ever wanting to return.
Fusion Pot is a decent hot pot spot in the area because there is not much around San Leandro. It is a bit pricer than most places that I have been to, but it is a place I would go to out of convenience rather than choice. I like that they offer miso soup base, not a lot of Chinese hot pot places that I had been to does. Another thing that I like about this place is that they have a good amount of meat, seafood, and vegetable choices.
