Chili's Grill - San Leandro

This restaurant offers excellent service and delicious food at great prices. It's a perfect spot for families to come together and enjoy a meal.

I ordered the bottomless soup and salad, but they informed me that I couldn't switch between the soups. I didn't understand why I had to stick with just one option. I decided to go with the chili, but it had a horrible taste. When I asked to exchange it for something else, they told me I couldn't, not even with the manager's permission. Unfortunately, I also feel I can't leave a tip. Thanks for the experience.

Both the food and service were terrible. We weren't greeted when we walked in; the staff member simply handed us two menus and sat us down. After our food arrived, we noticed our server visiting other tables multiple times, only coming to check on us when it was time to present the bill. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Service was really really slow, looks like they only had two servers for the entire restaurant. Food was good when we got it but probably wouldn't go back

Service was fast and friendly and the food was delivered quickly and made just how we requested. My steak was cooked perfectly well done with extra garlic butter soooooo delicious. My youngest son just loves corn so much I had to get him some and he wassatisfied. My other son eats like me so he had a steak as well with broccoli and it was perfect as well. We always have a greattime when we come here and the staff is always upbeat and courteous.
