Bidrage med feedbackThe drive-thru customer service was terrible. The employees were really rude. After I paid, I was asked to pull into the dark parking lot to wait for my order. Since there were no cars behind me and it was night time, I refused. Another employee came over and told me to move my car because she needed to reduce the order time. She was very rude, loud, and condescending. When another car pulled in behind me, the employee yelled at me to move. I finally obliged. When they brought me my food, the burger had onions and was cold. The onion rings were also cold and hard. They forgot the zesty sauce, so I had to wait a few more minutes for it. A third employee, who looked like a disheveled manager, delivered the sauce and quickly left without addressing the issue. Overall, I was very disappointed with the situation.
This is Burger King #10833 located in front of the busy San Leandro Costco, near the I 880 Davis St freeway ramps. This BK is part of a combo setup with a Shell Gas Station, a Rebel carwash, and a 7 Eleven store. I stopped to get gas and decided to try the BK drive-thru around 8:45pm on a Tuesday. I ordered a Bacon King and large fries. The restaurant appeared clean and well-lit. Just be careful not to accidentally drive into the carwash as you go around the corner! I paid at the 2nd window and then was asked to park in the waiting area, which is a common practice at drive-thrus to ensure quick service and smooth operations. After a short wait, a young lady brought out my order. The fries were a good value at $3.69, thick and lightly salted with a tender inside and crispy outside. The Bacon King, made with two 1/4 lb patties, bacon, ketchup, mayo, and cheese, was decent for just over $8.00. However, adding grilled onions and BBQ sauce could enhance the flavor. It's a simple and easy-to-eat burger for those on the go. The service was fine and the food was decent for the price. The location is a block west of the I 880 freeway and is not open all night. Drive safely!
There were some errors in our order, but the restaurant was clean and pleasant overall. The kids enjoyed the paper crowns that were scattered throughout the restaurant. However, the bathrooms were closed during our visit, so I cannot comment on their condition.

This is THE WORST Burger King I 've ever gone to! I would give them ZERO stars if I could! The workers here are extremely rude, including the manager that was on shift! I went to this location with my children, placed an online order through the Burger King app, and sat down waiting for my order. I kept checking the app to view the status of my order and it kept saying Order being processed. After about 20 minutes of waiting with the same status message, I went up to the counter to ask if my order was ready yet. The worker was super rude and replied, Well, did you mention that you were waiting for a to-go order? And I replied, No, the app stated the order was still being processed and I was thinking maybe you guys would call out the order number once it was ready. She replied, We don 't call out the number here. She then proceeded to walk away to grab my order that had been sitting ready behind the counter while speaking to the manager that was present in Spanish laughing that we had been waiting for our food all that time. My children were really hungry by this time and instead of taking the food to go, we decided to eat our food there. The whole time we were there, the manager and workers behind the counter gathered around one another speaking in Spanish and laughed as they glared at my children and I as we ate. When my children and I were done eating, we cleaned up our table, grabbed our stuff, and as we were walking to the door to leave, the manager proceeded to walk towards the back where the other workers were and started to sing in Spanish saying, They 're leaving! They 're leaving! I was so annoyed and angry to say the least! If you choose to be rude and talk about your customers in another language right in front of them, you better make sure they can 't understand you!!! Don 't they know that they teach Spanish in school?!?..even my young children understood what they were saying! Oh...I 'm sorry...they probably didn 't go to school! You best believe I 'm gonna call Corporate to report them! If you choose to go to BK, you 're better off going to another location!
