I was soo impressed with the Amazing customer service I received. I ordered food from Rappi and upon arrival, my empanada was missing. I telephoned and I only speak English. The woman who answered, spoke minimal English, but truly tried and was able to contact me via WhatsApp. At that time, she confirmed that my empanada was missing, and paid for a delivery to bring me the missing empanada!!! All the while being Extremely kind and helpful. This level of Customer service goes above and beyond!! In addition the crispy salad I ordered was DELICIOUS! The next day I ordered it again. Their desserts were also super yummy! Highly recommend this restaurant!!

Definitely not recommending PickaDeli...I was charged S . 811 from my card without making any order, and the back office management team including the CEO was very reluctant to provide me explanations help. Pay attention when you are paying with your card, they may copy your details and charge for consumption you never did!

Food was fairly mediocre, especially for the price! We got the taco bowl which was a bit bland. The carne sandwich was good but nothing too special. The mint lemonade was terrible way too bitter! The atmosphere was really nice and trendy, but food left something to be desired.
