Bidrage med feedbackWe had chicken meat roasted during a birthday party. despite a group of 14 people the service was good and fast the restaurant was almost full. the decoration is beautiful and the team very helpful.
We visited pardos to dinner because it was close to where we were. we ordered 3 quarter chicken dishes and a jug of limonade for our family of 4 (2 adult and 2 small children) it was more than enough to eat and the price. was at about 70 sohlen. the service was good, we had a attentive waiter. eating was pretty good. the chicken was good, the fries and salat were simple, but ok and the diving sauce were excellent.
When in Lima you have to go to Pardo's for Pollo la Braza generally served in quarters with either salad, french fries, or with anticuchos (grilled beef heart) a Peruvian tradition with much history. The chicken is prepared by marinating it first then roasting and...seasoning it in such a way as to make it very moist, juicy and extraordinarily delicious. With lemonada Cerveza, or Chincha Morada, a delicious and reasonably priced meal is complete.
The chicken here is really good. I had the Parrilero BBQ. My wifer had the Chicken sensation which I shared with her also. Really good salad with apple garnish.
My visits have seen more people ordering take out than sit down and it is a nice place. Typical chicken place mostly fried and somewhat limited selections. That said the chicken is really well prepared and very tasteful. Take time to sit and not get...that chicken to go! They also deliver.
