Ache - San Juan De Miraflores

If you come to Ache, sit on the sushi bar and you will have the best fusion experience of Lima!! The sushi man is very efficient, but still supplies unique foods. I'm just sitting there asking the omacaze, meaning, sushiman, give me the best for today.

Delicious food! Nikkei is some of the best food Lima has to offer and Ache does it so well! Will definitely be back in my next trip to Lima.

Excellent lunch. We just got in from the airport and we’re waiting for our room to be ready at the Hilton. We were craving fresh seafood and ceviche and Ache really hit the spot. Fantastic food and everything paired really well with the Argentinian champagne!

Lima tiene tradición Nikkei y es una ciudad clave para el buen sushi. Este restaurante en pleno Miraflores tiene una carta muy variada y una elaboración cuidada. Algunos "tips" o datos útiles: el local se llena y conviene reservar con antelación, y las puertas de acceso son amplias y las noches de Lima frescas, es recomendable escoger mesas no en la primera línea de la entrada.
