Cute little shop. Owner Tim DID make great coffee. I had the iced Vietnamese Coffee. So good, great coffee flavor and not too sweet!! Will come back!

I had the best fried rice here the other day, you must try it! the portions were generous, I had enough to eat for lunch for 2 days. Tim even adjusted the spice level to my preference. II also want to mention I was trying to make it a dr appointment and he, was so nice to accommodate my time line. I cant wait to go back and try the chai that everyone is talking about. I love this place. It a hidden gem.

Finding a place like Tim’s in Southern California is rare. Great service and the food is delicious. Parking is simple and abundant. Tim’s a nice guy and you can tell he cares about his customers. The breakfast sandwich is special and I’ve never had anything like it. It’s a must order. The Hawaiian breakfast is great and filling. My son loved the cinnamon French toast with bacon, and Tim’s special chocolate milk. Mom and dad stole a few bites and sips as well. And of course, Tim makes a great coffee!

Tim makes great coffee and breakfast sandwiches! He also brings cold water for my dog! Love this place!
