Bidrage med feedbackI would I could post a -5. Worst restaurant, medicore food, worst service.
My fiance and I just so happened to find our way here. We sat outside although it wasn't busy and there were seats inside. The weather was great, so we took advantage of the outdoor seating. We did let them know we're were there, thoug which I would suggest doing. Our server, who we found out later, is a new manager. Was attentive and very kind. I didn't really know what I was ordering, but I went for it and ended up with lamb shank. It was full of flavor and came with rice that was also packed with flavor. I would not only order it again but recommend it to anyone willing to try something a little different. We concluded our meal with a nice warm tea. If you're open to trying something new that's packed with culture. And you're willing to slow down a bit to really enjoy it, I'd recommend taking your time and savoring each bite.Kid-friendliness: It's a family owned business and seemed to really be inviting to families with kids, not just couples.
Service in this restaurant doesn't exist, food is average at the best,my last time going
I have been to this restaurant twice. My overall understanding is that although their team would generally like to serve their customers nicely but they are very poor on that skill. On my first visit the table was in the outdoor section and the ground was not level so not only the table was bouncing all the time my chair was not standing straight neither. At some point I had to ask them to change my table while the other one was only a little better. My second visit was on a Yalda event. Although they have charged in advanced to make sure they are fully booked, they have obviously over booked so half of our table was literally on the way of the exit door towards the outdoor buffet area. For the other half of the table, it was so packed and close to the other table that two of us had to bump back and force to other people's chairs. They have also added an extra like 12 people table in the dance area which blocked half of the dance floor which is one of the main attractions advertised and people ended up dancing in a tiny little dance floor bumping into each other. The most disappointing event was they have served us meat stew while I have checked with them several times that we are vegetarian and they have assured us they serve veggie food for us. They have also served our food super late while we were almost full eating whatever veggies available on the buffet. They said they are sorry and gave us extra stuff while the highest standard is that the table is reimbursed if the restaurant make major mistakes. I don't care for the money ofcourse, it is the just a matter of courtesy. I wish them well and hope they read such comments and make an attempt to improve their quality of service.
The restaurant setting was inviting, and we prepaid $75 per person for the Yalda’s night celebration, specifying vegetarian meals for four. Unfortunately, during the meal service, we found no vegetarian options, only white rice and grilled tomatoes. Despite requesting the promised vegetarian meals, it took nearly an hour for them to bring two visually appealing stews (gheimeh and ghorme sabzi), which, to our disappointment, contained a trace of meats. It became evident that they had manually removed meat from the stews, falsely claiming them to be vegetarian. Alongside, they served a pomegranate dish that was rotten, adding to the overall unpleasant experience of being deceived with non-vegetarian meals. To make matters worse, the restaurant didn't offer a refund; instead, they provided a veggie kabob at the end of the night, which proved to be useless!
