Takeria - San Juan

We’re vegan and we’re drawn to this place because they have numerous vegetarian options. It’s super cute inside, but the food left something to be desired. The tacos were really small, as was the order of chips and guac. The food also took forever to come, and when we got it, part wasn’t even hot (so I’m not sure what took so long). TLDR: cute place, so-so food. Likely won’t be back.

The guacamole and chips, as well as the Margarita drink, were also very good. The service staff lacked a sense of urgency and needed reminders from the manager to stay on top of things. However, both the manager and staff were helpful in providing vegan options. Overall, I would definitely return to this restaurant.
