Sabrina Brunch Bistro - San Juan

This is one of the best places where we were in the pr. really comparable if not better than many nyc, jc and hoboken spots that we are local frequent. the decor is beautiful, with a tropical, proverbial ambiente that is unique in comparison to other places in the environment. the drinks are very well made, wonderful service and eating is the best part. we had laughs and gay as net and taquitos as appetizer. one of the employees came out and began to play the piano as if it were a concert and the host took pictures for us posing of the bar. make sure they enter vaccination cards or a negative COVID test. If you don't like it, stay home. also they have made the menu contactless like many other restaurants and bars in san juan, so make sure that their phone is calculated so that they can scan the QR code and check online. have fun!

While at the bar, two drunk men constantly tried to talk to my friend and me, ignore our inconvenience and give us room. the bartender quickly stepped in and said the men would be thrown out if they did not leave us alone, and a waitress offered us to move us to a table when she realized what happened. a tricky situation that was treated by sabrinas coworkers excellently! we could enjoy refreshing cocktails and delicious tacos in rest.

If they are like me, after eating the traditional local PR food for a week non-stop, and want a little more familiar and a break from the amazing rock steaks and fried plantains, then this is their place to go. all the dishes we had here are fantastic. the risotto was rich, savory and creamy, the fish is tender, but the skin is crispy. the passionsfruit cake was not too sweet or heavy, exactly made right. we had the bartender to be kreatiw and make something for us with mint and no alcohol, and I ended with probably the most delicious alcohol-free drink I had ever lived in my life. if I remember correctly, the drink has freshly squeezed lime juice, fresh ginger juice, grapefruit, mint and a kind of local drink, I forget the name. the ginger juice gives him a kick, tasted like a light alcoholic drink without alcohol in it. Don't take me wrong, I'm a whisky drinker, it's just one of those nights when I didn't feel like drinking, and this drink was just perfect. the environment was nice, slightly dark and quiet. the bar delicate give us that there would be at the waking live music. I wish we could do it.

It is a relatively small place that offers some unique plates. It is excellent. I enjoyed it immensely. All the plates we ordered were very tasty and at an affordable price. I recommend it for people who are looking for something different and tasty.
