This is my 2nd stay at this hotel due to the tour that I’m on is staying here. The front desk is consistently condescending and rude. It’s absolutely unnecessary to exhibit this behavior. If you don’t like your job go elsewhere. Other hotels under the Hilton brand are not this consistently awful and they typically display excellent service. Being condescending only makes you appear cheap and childish. I would recommend staying elsewhere.
I had a pleasant experience at the hotel where I stayed for 6 days. The staff at the hotel is not very fluent in English, even though it is an English-speaking establishment. When I requested a room with a view, they seemed unaware of what I was asking for. On several occasions, breakfast was not available at the scheduled time of 6am and did not become available until an hour later at 7am. The cleaning service for the rooms was supposed to be at 11am, but on one occasion, my room was not cleaned until 8am. The hotel is in a great location, but it lacks the level of service expected from an American hotel. There seemed to be a need for new management, especially when the pool was closed for maintenance for 4 days during my stay, which was disappointing as I had been looking forward to using it.
This restaurant is fantastic. The service is amazing, the establishment is incredibly clean, the food is delicious, and they prioritize safety. It's worth every penny, you get what you pay for here.
The hotel in San Jose has a great interior, a swimming pool, sauna, and gym on the 14th floor, as well as a good restaurant and bar in the lobby. The service is excellent and the staff is friendly. The breakfast buffet is fantastic!
