Wendy's - San Jose

Time for a 2 star review. I've had a run of excellent service and food warranting 5 stars but this was not one of them. We rarely eat fast food but had a rare craving for an early evening burger and fries.The lukewarm fries were actually tolerable but the hamburger and cheeseburger were not fit to be served. The bun was actually a bit cold like it was just taken out of the fridge, the meat patty was room temp and not even warm. We tried but in the end threw away half of our uneaten burgers. That's a big deal for us we rarely throw out food even if it's not that good.The workers were polite but kept talking loud to each other and laughing and messing around and yawning. They seemed distracted and I blame them for serving this ****. Other Yelp reviews seem to agree and it would do the owners of this franchise well to send undercover customers to assess and retrain these slackers. Ruined our meal and we headed elsewhere because we barely ate what they served. And for $22 I was really expecting more. They should be ashamed and step it up man!

We asked for no ice on the drinks so we had to give back the drinks bad services also what brother me was seeing a bad electrical dezatther in the rain waiting to happen.

Need to ask for receipt. Drive thru doesn't give receipt unless you ask. Same if you go

I eat at Windys five times a week. I love their biscuits and gravy. Went to IHOP, and ordered biscuits and gravy. What a dis-appointment. Gravy was watered down and no taste at all. I order mostly Dave's Single Burger, and biscuits and gravy. The food is fresh and the counter folks are so nice and polite. I love Windys!!

Drive through in this branch is hella slow. Took me 35 mins before they were able to cater to me..
