The Cheese Steak Shop - San Jose

The food was delicious. I had her amazing onion rings and the Motown. All right! They were quick and easy to come and out.

It is super clean here and the staff is friendly very helpful with the menu. I ordered the Gilroy (soaked whole garlic) cheese steak with onions and peppers also ordered a side of sweet potatoes. It's in our neighborhood so we like to eat by chance here, as the sandwiches are delicious.

Better than other places. The staff is working hard and doing a great job. Only proposal: FIX THE LOUD ASS SLAMMING FRONT DOOR.

Cheese steak was good, just a little toy. The ventilation above the dining area is baked with sticky dust and makes me question the health standard. They cook it well and quickly. Food: 4/5

Ordered a small chicken cheese steak sandwich, steak fries and a soda. Please note, steak fries are just dry fries with nothing on them, didn't even get ketchup pack ?. The sandwich was pretty disapointing. The chicken, cheese and onion were good but they are very skimpy on the meat. They load it up with lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, onion and very little meat. If you want a better chicken philly I recommend De Amottos Cheese Steaks or Jakes, they cost a little more but are way better.
