Sweet Fix Creamery - San Jose

Service was awful but the ice cream was bussin. We came in at 10pm on Friday 3/10. The woman on shift was very rude and when it came to our order she ignored us and went to the back. When she came out she seemed aggravated and annoyed that we were getting two cone ice creams. She was very rude and if we got her name it would be in this review because I read another review of a worker acting this way as well (it said she was working at 9pm). Definitely loved the ice cream though. Just awful customer service. Additionally, a male was sitting in the back and didn't come out until we left. Leaving 12-15 customers waiting.

Worst service but ice cream is so bussin. A woman on shift for Friday 3/10 @10pm was very rude. She ignored us and went into the back then when she came out she spoke low and rudely. She sounded aggravated and like she did not want to be there. A man on the same shift did not come out to help until after we left with abt 12-15 people in the store. Definitely would recommend the ice cream- but the service was awful.

How do you enjoy a milkshake? Obviously, you need a straw! I'm not sure why they keep forgetting to include one every time I order through DoorDash. I even left a note, but they still didn't include a straw. I really hope they can resolve this issue.

This review focuses on the service. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the ice cream because we were never served. We visited last week around 1 PM, and two other customers arrived after us. I noticed an employee in the back, so I waved to get her attention. She looked up but then returned to her work. After waiting for 10 minutes without any service, we decided to leave. As we were heading back to our car, we saw someone exiting the shop, putting up the closed sign, and locking the door. It seems like a poor time to close an ice cream shop when the temperature is 86 degrees.
