Super Duper Burgers - San Jose

This restaurant offers burgers with an egg, thick milkshakes, and soft serve ice cream. The garlic fries are excellent. The location is very clean with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. There is a small patio area for outdoor seating, making it great for groups. When dining in, you can request drinks and milkshakes in glass cups. It's a favorite spot for meeting friends and enjoying milkshakes and fries.

This mid-tier burger chain is my favorite, offering a variety of options to satisfy your burger cravings and don't forget about their delicious GARLIC FRIES! But that's not all, they also have milkshakes, house-made pickles, soft-serve ice cream, and even foosball tables. Whenever I'm in Westgate, I always make sure to stop by Super Duper. PS: I've heard they serve breakfast too, but I'm never up early enough to try it.

The burger was expensive and not worth it. The meat was good, but the tomato slices were disappointing. I didn't like the ribbed lettuce. The marinated pickles smelled like fish. The fries were overcooked. I waited a long time and paid a high price for disappointing food. The Diet Coke wasn't working and there were no other drink options. The tables were dirty and the condiment section was messy. Overall, not the restaurant I had heard good things about.

I really enjoy the cheesy garlic fries. They are not too overpowering with garlic. The sandwich is also delicious. However, the ice cream could use improvement as it lacks sweetness and tastes bland. Due to COVID, there is limited seating indoors but there is outdoor seating available. The service is quick.

I appreciated the convenience of being able to order and pay from my table at this restaurant. However, it was a bit confusing because I expected them to bring the food to my table, which was not explained anywhere. Regardless, you do have to pick up your order from the counter, so if you are dining outside, you need to listen for your name. The burger and fries were fantastic, and the staff was very kind and courteous. I will definitely be returning to this establishment in the future.
