Subway - San Jose

The owner is always nice and super great ful for his customer I appreciate the employees being able to take my orders in spanish

This is the only location located in San Jose that does not accept coupons. You would think in these times with everyone in this together, they would want to keep their regular customers. Are the few quarters that important to the owner! Is it worth loosing regular family customers? Is this a smart business practice? Will not go back!!!

The restaurant is very nice and clean with good service. The staff is attentive and takes good care of customers. I recommend it for a quick meal, the food is excellent.

The restaurant is average. There is usually no wait at this location, possibly due to its placement in a small, oddly positioned shopping mall. Traffic can be tricky during peak times. However, the sandwiches here are quite good overall.
