Subway - San Jose

This location is impressively clean. I visited one night about 30 minutes before closing and was warmly welcomed by Iris. She changed her gloves between preparing sandwiches and spoke in a friendly manner. This was a refreshing change from some other employees I've encountered who seemed uninterested in their work. Thanks to Iris, I've decided to return to this location, hoping to see her every time!

The service is fast, allowing for a quick in-and-out experience. I appreciate that the ordering process begins as soon as you enter the store, which helps reduce the time spent inside. Unlike other places where you have to wait in a long line, this one makes it convenient. As much as I enjoy their sandwiches, I’m not a fan of the distinctive smell that seems to linger in all Subway locations.

The whole wheat bread was fantastic. The woman crafted an amazing sub sandwich, truly showcasing her artistry. I found myself captivated just watching her work, and my mouth watered at every step she took.

American club sub was great. Staffs friendly and facility make over nicer , safe and clean .

I ordered two spicy Italian sandwiches and had my assistant pick them up. Unfortunately, they were not warm; the salami and pepperoni were cold. I'm very disappointed.
