My family has been going to Red Robin for years and it always exceeds our expectations. Recently, we had a fantastic server named Sandra. The best part of the experience is their delicious dipping sauces. My personal favorites are the campfire (sweet), honey mustard, and ranch. Make sure to order your fries crispy and enjoy bottomless refills! My top choice for a burger is the pig out with added onion straws. My recent visit to this restaurant was outstanding. The food has always been amazing here, but in the past the service was usually quite slow. However, this time my friend and I were seated immediately and the food arrived very quickly. The restaurant was still packed as usual. My son ordered a burger and thoroughly enjoyed it. We also tried the steakhouse fries, sweet potato fries, and pretzel bites, all of which were delicious. I requested no salt on the pretzel bites. In an effort to eat healthier, I ordered the southwest chicken salad, which was very tasty and the sauce was served on the side. I ate half of it at the restaurant and took the rest home for the next day. I often get the whiskey river burger here, which is always fantastic.

Good burger and good sides but the system network was down and wasted like 30 min without foods...

On April 29, 2022, the restaurant has greatly improved. The service was fast with no waiting. On January 29 at 6:30pm, there was a significant improvement. We waited at check-in for 10 minutes, but they promptly seated us after seating the other 3 customers ahead of us. The service has improved compared to 2019 when it was slow, slow, and slow.
