Red Lobster San Jose Almaden Expressway

Typically, our dinners here are fantastic, but last night was not the case. The potatoes were mixed with sour cream when my partner had just wanted them with butter. The clam strips were overly breaded and greasy. My scallops were swimming in butter. We didn't have any issues with the server, though.

I hadn't been here since 2019, but I've always loved this place. I'm so glad they brought back the endless shrimp! I can't wait for Lobsterfest!

Once we were seated, the service was quick and efficient. It was wonderful, and we all felt like we had a fantastic dinner.

We like to support small independent restaurants through Open Table, but every once in a while, we like to return to Red Lobster for good food and drinks.

Grilled salmon was very good. Generous amount of dinner rolls. Side salad was very good.
