Bidrage med feedbackYes, I 'm gonna be the guy that says he never leaves bad reviews. That 's because I don 't. I don 't even write reviews. But this business is NOT open in San Jose, even though they are accepting orders and taking payment. I drove to pick up crepes for my wife and then when I arrived the location was not there, I was written the number for Sunnyvale location. I called, everyone was rude and they said It 's not our problem, you have to call Yelp. We don 't have access . Then I was told She had to go and she hung up on me. I have a Yelp Business account, they have access. The owner or so called manager has to handle this immediately and deactivate the online ordering. I know stuff happens, so I wasn 't upset. But not facing it head on? Not answering the phone? Hanging up on people that are owed a refund for food that was never received? That 's really not cool man. I hope the owner will read this and understand what is happening with their locations and online ordering needs to be handled and they need to update it. You can 't just have people driving around all over the place for food they paid for and then being dismissed when they try to call to find out where their food is.
Their shakes are great, their crepes are great, their breakfast sandwiches are great. They just added coffee to their menu which is great. I've been having K's for breakfast for some time now and I've never had a bad experience with them. Highly recommend for breakfast or an after dinner snack.
