I had to take my meal to go because I had my puppies with me and they do not allow pets in the restaurant. However, they were friendly and allowed me to place my order. The restaurant manager only permits family members to dine with him inside, while he does not allow customers to eat indoors.
When they are in the mood for fried chicken, they know where they go...KFC and the on blossom hill has in the rule some of the most beautiful contributors who show their desire to help them and to accommodate all diet requests. never was surprised, never disappointed and always full after the meal.
This was a very strange experience at the restaurant. I was shortchanged 50 cents when I received my change. When I brought it up, the worker simply stated that they were having a bad day. When I questioned why I had to cover the 50 cents and not the establishment, the worker looked at me as if I was going to cause trouble. The manager eventually recognized the issue and gave me the missing dollar. It makes me wonder about the training these employees receive.
I went through the drive through and I had ordered 1 large Cole slaw , 1 large mashed potatoes, 1 large Mac Cheese and 2 large Gravy and I was being charged $24.35 and when the cashier told me the price she had already scanned my payment card when I asked her that there was the Family Feast of the 1o piece chicken meal for $30 I told her that if she can just cancel my order and add me for the $30 feast meal as it made more sense to get more to pay a few more bucks she asked the rude manager and he said he couldn't do the return and change the order as it was paid for and that there was nothing to do, I asked in a nice way that if I could just pay the difference after he said well let me help you inside which I did I patiently waited standing there in the counter and he was not coming after 15 minutes I asked if he was going to help me ? He said yes another 5 min passed and he comes and charges me $10.93 I asked him if that was the correct amount as I wanted to make sure I was not being over charged total I paid was $35.28. He was rude doing the transaction and I told him that I was not being rude in any way I just wanted to fix my order very simple, as I was being nice to him, he said I am short staffed and he was busy, not my problem if they are short staffed but I was nice about the situation he needs to work on how to handle customer service complains. Staff needs to also acknowledge customers they did not there was about 10 clients waiting to order in the lobby. KFC needs to work on hiring more staff.
