Bidrage med feedbackUnique experience. Loved the eggs, bacon, and croissant. The waffle was just ok. The drinks were Devine though I’m not a fan of the green Thai tea. Very interesting. Will return. Prefer the off hours when it’s not so busy. And I would like more service, refills on tea, and not having to get up to ask for syrup or a to-go box.
I’ve been here a couple of times and am always excited for every visit.Perfect for a date with your partner or your best friend. Feels like I’m living in a different world ?. Every time I introduce this place to someone new they love love love it!!I love their drinks as well. I got the lychee peach iced tea and loved it. Very refreshing!!The food is good but the highlight of this place is it’s ambience.Parking is a bit of a problem because the place is crowded and you’d need to look for roadside parking. Also prepare yourselves to be waiting for a bit, again because it’s crowded. Worth the wait though :
The food was really tasty. I had bacon, scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes, and sausage. The sausage was a little too aromatic for me, but everything else was great. Other people’s orders looked tasty as well. So I am sure you can close your eyes, point to an item in the menu and leave after with a satisfied appetite. The inside is beautifully decorated. You can give the outside a small touch-up.The servers were kind. However, I must say I wasn’t happy with the service. We went there for brunch. The inside tables were half full. Tables on the one side had reservation signs. The other side was free and almost full. We ordered and took a seat at an inside table. Halfway through, around 12.40 pm, one of the servers started asking everyone inside to continue eating outside. When I asked him why, he said they were booked for the afternoon. When I said, there weren’t any reservation on the tables on our side, he said there was a posting about this on their website and that the servers at the counter had been supposed to tell us about this but she had forgotten.I think this was a rude behavior. If you have to ask customers to change their table, at which they took a seat due to a mistake on your part, at least say you are sorry and try to make up for it. Additionally, the posting on the website isn’t easily accessible and people usually don’t check a café’s website before going there. You should have made sure to not let people sit inside at the first place. To sum up, although the food and the decoration was lovely, I wasn’t pleased with the service. However, it is obvious that service-wise mistakes are a rare incident.
Beautifully decorated and trendy location to enjoy brunch or lunch. I got the truffle mushroom egg benedict and the smoked salmon benedict which I shared with a friend. It’s great place to take pictures, but the food is on the more expensive side compared to other cafes. Nevertheless, the food was tasty, the atmosphere was great, and my photos turned out very aesthetically pleasing.
Good aesthetic, but not much else.Between our group, we ordered two types of rice platters, the chicken waffle, and two types of Benedicts.Overall, the aesthetic was good if you're interested in the very pink, semi extravagent look. It's visually very noisy and draws a lot of attention. In terms of service, the staff taking orders were friendly, but I saw many different tables have food and dirty dishes that weren't cleared for over 10 minutes. It was maybe half the tables. Our group had to explicitly ask to clear a table in order to have a seat after ordering.Food wise, nothing great. Actually, I thought many dishes were only okay as in comparable to average home cooked food. I'm willing to concede that maybe there were better dishes on the very big menu, but nothing I ordered/tried fell into that category. Everything was okay at best. Their drinks were overly sweetened and I wish they offered an alternative sweetness level. All in all, I see this place as more of a sight seeing than a decent restaurant. The former, they do decent. In the latter category, they fall behind many aspects.
