Bidrage med feedbackOrdered through DoorDash! Was craving some pad Thai and ended up buying two dishes to try. The drunken noodles were tasty not dry and great flavor. I really enjoyed it! It still tasted good heated up the next day. However the pad Thai was lacking a little flavor and came dry and stuck together. I've tried other pad Thai via delivery from other locations, and this isn't my favorite. It is still a decent pad Thai and a large amount for its price! Definitely will be getting the drunken noodles again here.
TL:DR Lots of food, good price, ok flavor. Had a hankering for some thai food and decided to try Grab Thai. I ordered the typical pad thai and got normal spice level. I'm not sure if that's meant to be taken as mild, but I like a little bit of spice in my food, just not where it makes my nose start to water. Got the food and was pleasantly surprised by how much they gave. The flavor itself was ok. There wasn't any spice at all and the typical sweet and sour combination was very muted. The noodles tasted fine, but after eating about half of it, the pad thai was getting repetitive. I had to spice it up with my own sriracha and I was good to go. Overall, nothing spectacular, but for the price and the amount of food, I might give them another shot.
Tldr: decent, not amazingly drunk noodles. good that you go. 3.5/5 order drunken noodles to go and was able to quickly pick up on the way to home : I asked for medium spicy, and it was perhaps mild. in any case ask for additional chili flakes or sambal sauce on the side! the noodles were good, not the best. the green beans did not make any sense in the dish, they were still crispy, not soft/cooked by like other components. independent of it, it was bottling price is reasonable $13. I love Thai food and so this can be a harder critique. I would also try this in the future:
The chickensatay is a must. I usually don't like chickens because the ones I've tried were dry and sometimes hard to bite out of that spit. that was not like that. it was juicy, soft and tasteful. I was completely surprised. the pad sees ew. I have tofu and bark, but both of them seemed to be missing in the dish. they also added too much black pfeffer. I don't remember black pfeffer in pad see ew, but it was also just a good dish. it could also use more sweet, as broccoli. pad see ew is in the rule my go-to-court so that this is not with others I have tried. at least the noodles weren't together, so I had even worse. the drunk noodles I liked more than that pad. I also saw this with bark and tofu. I didn't ask chili because I didn't want it to be sharp. it could also use more tofu and bark meat, but this dish was good. I would order it again.
Based off of one visit. I ordered a pad Thai with shrimp to go. I get home and was surprised with the amount of tofu and noodles that was provided. Flavor was good. Medium spice level was ok. The only issue I had was that I only found TWO pieces of shrimp on my dish. I believe it's a $3 additional charge for shrimp. So I guess it's $1.50 per shrimp? Definitely will be back but next time I will ask for more shrimp.
