California Pizza Kitchen At Oakridge Mall

I came here on a whim because my friend got a burrito here. It says a certain price but if you ask for a lot more things, like all the toppings they charge more. If you ask for not much like just rice and meat and some toppings you'll get charged less. It's better to eat here if you're by yourself or with just a friend because there's not many people working. I got a birria burrito and it was delicious. not too fatty or too dry. It's huge and I had to share with my friend.

I was very sceptical in trying this place but decided to give it a shot. Glad I did!! Didn’t disappoint!! Great customer service, friendly and good taste!! Will come back!!

After reading some of the other reviews I am disappointed that I didn't have the same experience. We came here prior to going to the movies and I got a regular Carne Asada Burrito and taco! They both did absolutely nothing for me. The taste was bland and could've used a pinch of sodium. I thought the salsa would've been my saving grace but the salsa was worse than that you'd get from a jar of Herdez. Nothing against Herdez but this salsa wasn't made in house as I'm more than positive that it did in fact came from a jar. I got both the Rojo and Verde salsa and both were boo boo! I have nothing against this place as this was my first visit here and most likely my last. I'm just disappointed that I could have spent $11 somewhere else not to mention that since I was the only customer there my food should've been the bomb due to attention to detail. First impressions are everything because since I won't be returning how many others in the future will feel the same. As far as a esthetics stirring the food will make it appear fresher not dried up looking, just my friendly input as a former line cook and aspiring chef! I do wish this place luck moving forward and hope they become a force in the neighborhood as far as mexican food goes!

Here's our experience Placed online order (60$ , it went through. We showed up 40 minutes later to them telling us they didn't have our order/ never received it. The woman at the front callled her manager who told her to make the order and they put it together fast, no biggie. Wonder how they knew what to make if nothing went through though lol. All was smooth sailing until about 6 hours after eating the food, both my boyfriend and I threw up the contents of our meal and then some. My guess is improper food safety. Would not reccomend. Go to burrito factory or La Vics.

Customer service is at a all time low here! If I could give no stars or even negative stars I would.
