Dunkin' - San Jacinto

Its a dunkin. It is what you think. They have ice cream and cakes as well as donuts and drinks.

I had a four item order this morning and I was missing one item my lemon loaf bread. Which was for one of my co workers : as for my bagel it was burnt and tasted horrible sadly I had to throw it away.

Today @2:30pm I ordered a pumpkin iced coffee by the drive thru, and I got a regular coffee. I even asked her about it but, before I could say anything else she closed the window on me. That’s not good customer service.?

SPEEDY SERVICE! I used to work in the surrounding area and I’ll just say this place is insanely busy between 6-7:30am since schools are near by! However, the staff are always working it and aim to provide you service as quickly as possible. I’ve been stuck in the drive thru with a bunch of cars and they still served me in less than 15 mins! Not bad! The donuts are always great at Dunkin’ however this location seems to run out of certain items and beverages. The location is bustling and lots of kids come in here, they don’t bother but I’m mean expect the noise level of a loud restaurant sometimes. I LOVE that this location has a Baskin Robbins within it!!

I went to Dunkin’ Donuts and ordered 2 sundaes and the ice cream in the sundaes was old, you could taste the ice that accumulates after a while.In the past I picked up an ice cream cake as well and asked them specifically how long it had been there and they said “I don’t know”. The box did not have a date and when I took it home, it was old and horrible.Do better!!!! We pay for quality food. Common sense tells you that when ice creamHas been sitting a while that it shouldBe thrown out. I am disgusted with this place.
