Happy Donut - San Gabriel

Donuts are good, coffee is weak, weak weak. If they can fix this I will edit this review to five stars because the donuts are tasty. But donuts and coffee go together so if I can't get a good cup of coffee I'll just go to a different donut shop.

Those donuts are wicked good!!!Wasn't sure if I should make the drive to Pasadena for donuts or just take a short walk to happy donut. After reading the good reviews we came to this shop. Only problem now is that they are too close for our diet! Lol

I often stop by this place to grab donuts and croissants on my way to work. I always call in my order ahead of time so everything is ready when I arrive. The ham and cheese croissants are my favorite—they're enormous! My coworkers love them too. They're wonderfully flaky and absolutely delicious. On one occasion, I requested a medium coffee with extra cream over the phone, and when I got there, the owner (I assume) had a cup with cream ready, but she waited to pour the coffee until I arrived so it would be hot. I really appreciated that extra care. I can definitely see myself becoming a regular here.

I came across this donut shop during my commutes to work. This review is solely for the donuts. Super friendly and fast service. They always have a line but it moves quickly. If you're on a time crunch and need donuts, I'd call ahead and order your dozen donuts and they will have those. I called and ordered ahead one time and they were super friendly and had them ready for pick up since I was short on time. The place is quaint and they have a lot of regulars. The donuts are super fresh, soft, and delicious.

This is a fantastic local donut shop. While it doesn't offer gourmet donuts or anything extravagant, they excel at the basics. The staff is very friendly, and there are plenty of parking spaces available in the morning.
