Yemen Kitchen - San Francisco

I was out for a stroll looking for some Middle Eastern cuisine when I stumbled upon this hidden gem. The restaurant is tiny and more of a takeout spot than a sit-down establishment, but don't let that fool you - the food here is incredibly delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors and the high quality of the dishes. I will definitely be returning to this place in the future. I highly recommend trying the saltah dish! The person serving me was also very friendly.

This restaurant serves authentic and delicious Yemeni cuisine made with care. The cozy atmosphere is decorated with photos of the owner's football teams and old newspaper clippings. You won't be disappointed if you dine here. I ordered the lunch special, Roasted Lamb, and it was fantastic.

The food at this restaurant is excellent and the staff is friendly. The seating area is small and the decor is simple. The neighborhood may be a bit rough, but that's to be expected. It's definitely worth a visit. Be sure to try a variety of dishes and don't forget to get some Yemeni bread to accompany them.
