Check this out...I made an order to pick up..Went to get it and you could tell by her reaction and pressing buttons that she hadn't even put the order in yet and told me i had to wait..while i was waiting, i needed to use the bathroom.. she (dark haired girl at the front desk) told me i couldnt use it and it was for customers only...i thought she was joking but she was serious...i was shocked...she was such a little beach about it too...i wont be back..i can see by a previous comments under me that its a regular thing..crazy stuff...im local and i wont be back..and the people i told this to wont be going there either...the restaurant is always empty so pulling this stunt is a death sentence...good luck with your downfall..

Cancelled my delivery a half hour after I ordered it and drove there with two hungry kids in the car. Said they tried to call and then backpedaled on that excuse and played d like they never got it. Frustrating on a Friday night after thinking we arranged everything with the restaurant to be denied upon arrival. Restaurant was empty, and I can continue to make orders for pickup on other apps so I'm not sure why they cancelled our order. Would love to know what happened, hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.

I order ,for delivery,from this restaurant at least once per week. I always leave a note to not forget the bread and parmigiana cheese. If I don't call them with each order chances are that they will ignore my note and I will not receive bread or parmigiana cheese. Frequently I need to call 2 or 3 times before someone answers the phone. I'm looking for a new Italian restaurant because I am tired of getting ignored. Any suggestions on another Italian restaurant? It's not like they have anything special going for them like good prices or an amazing menu. They're quite run of the mill. Finally, they've started to send their roasted potatoes only 1/2 cooked. I'm glad I have a microwave over.

Tried Bolognese pasta, Frutti di Mare, and Margerita pizza on UberEats for the first time. I'm not Italian but I surely know It's no good. Pasta is overly cooked and salty. Pizza dough is like premade crust with cheap mozzarella cheese on top. I even make much better pastas. It's like Economy class airplane food. Not worth it at all.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We placed a cater order at a doctors office and wanted it delivered at 11:30. We have a 1 hour break between patients from 11:45-12:45. These people were OVER AN HOUR LATE. We planned on have a celebratory lunch for an employee. Not only did we have to cancel our event, the employees had to eat COLD FOOD and work. Never ever ordering from this place again. Super unprofessional and nobody even called to apologize for the delay. I kept calling the phone and nobody answered. Then it gets better, I get hung up on. Don’t ever place a cater order with these people. Extremely disappointed.
