Teaspoon - San Francisco

I first discovered Teaspoon at their Santa Clara location and was thrilled to find out they had another store just a few blocks north of me. I was craving their delicious teas, so I visited twice. It's a great spot to quickly grab a refreshing drink and chat with friends. The first time, I tried the Grasshopper, a lychee green tea with fresh cucumber juice on top. The second time, I ordered the Matcha Royale latte with oat milk.

I visited this restaurant on a Friday night around 9 pm and the wait was not too long. We tried the liquid gold drink, which is a classic. I really enjoyed the roasted tea flavor- it was very addictive. The menu has a lot of options, including the ability to customize sweetness and ice levels, as well as the option to create your own drink. I can't wait to come back and try their other flavors and boba.

Teaspoon is known for its exceptionally friendly staff! Although the store is on the smaller side, they offer a few tables and a cozy window nook perfect for people-watching while enjoying their delicious teas and treats. During our visit, we tried a couple of macarons, as well as my husband's favorite - the Caramel crème with classic boba and a Ferraro Rocher macaron. I opted for a strawberry matcha macaron and their signature drink, the Ladybug, which includes passion fruit popping boba. Everything was refreshing and delightful, and we will certainly be returning to Teaspoon in the future!
