Sushi Zone - San Francisco

I hesitate to share just how fantastic the sushi is at this place. The fish is so fresh, it feels like you're dining right by the port. And the baked mussels? You absolutely must try them; they practically melt in your mouth! I've never experienced such friendly and welcoming service anywhere else. Plus, the Lower East Side vibe really adds to the charm of the restaurant. This is exactly what a neighborhood sushi spot should be. Thank you for serving some of the tastiest dishes around!

Sushi Zome features a delightful atmosphere and outstanding service. The quality of the food can fluctuate depending on the sushi rolls you choose—I've visited with friends and found that while some rolls were exceptional, others were more mediocre. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, thanks to the fantastic ambiance and attentive service, even though the dish quality varied.

Better, better better. Everything you will find here is excellent. We were here after a few years food was even better than our memories. This place is like a good bottle of wine, get better with time. Great service too.

I'm sure i rated sushi zone in the past, but being away for so long and seeing how sad most of the city looks, places are shut down and these that are still in business offers very little quality for crazy high prices and then there is this little piece of heaven, taste like the old days, prices have gone up very moderately for incredible new experience of sitting outside and enjoying this magic sushi, better yet, magic food all together with the nicest management and ownership, it is so important to have these little gems to make you feel like it's not all lost..

We've been dining here for over ten years, and now we bring our little ones along, who enjoy it just as much. The staff feels like family to us, and, of course, the sushi is amazing. We highly recommend the baked sea bass appetizer, the Hawaiian I II, and the chef's special creations.
