Bidrage med feedbackI was planning on having a group dinner tomorrow, but after reading the reviews, I have decided to go somewhere else with my money.
This franchise location is managed and owned by a penny-pincher. I suggest going to any other Subway location. The bread is consistently stale and overcooked. They skimp on ingredients, leading to consistently bland and meager sandwiches. These are all signs of a poorly run franchise. If it weren't for corporate intervention, I wouldn't be surprised if this location got shut down. I gave them five chances to improve, but each time I was disappointed. Out of the 1000 sandwiches I've ordered from various Subways, the worst five were from this location. Consider yourself warned.
On January 16th at 4:45pm, the coworker here was extremely rude. I don't want to come back because of this experience. For example, I waited for my order but nobody was around except for a coworker. She saw me but didn't come over right away. When she finally did, she seemed uninterested and took a long time to take my order. Her attitude was bad and I don't understand why she is allowed to work here.
Bad customer service! here work two shapeless women, they are on the phone video call all the time, service is zero!
They ripped me off. The app says they are open. Google Maps says they are open. I submit an online order, they take my money, and I arrive to a dark store. My attempts to get a refund are ignored. A business really can't do much worse than taking a customer's money and then ignoring them. I would get better service from an online scammer.It's unfortunate that my kids like their food.
