Bidrage med feedbackThis restaurant has a rich history that is well-deserved. While I have not visited their original location, this new one has been open for the last 7 years. I remember it used to stay open late, but I suppose the pandemic has changed things. Nevertheless, we were in need of a quick meal so we decided to dine here. We ordered their hot milk tea to warm up, along with the three shredded meat chow mein, house chow fun, and salt pepper chicken. My girlfriend really enjoyed the chow mein, but felt there were too many bean sprouts and not enough noodles. The chow fun was not prepared to my personal liking, but tastes vary. The chicken could have been crispier and more flavorful, as it felt too hot and meaty while eating it. The prices were reasonable, the service was fast, and the food was hot - just what we needed on a cold day. However, be aware that the food is quite greasy and may upset some stomachs.
Amazing! The food was delicious with generous portions and affordable prices (most main dishes under $15). The staff was incredible, especially the lady who served us. The restaurant isn't very big, so there may be a wait for a table. Highly recommended though, especially the kung pao shrimp which was fantastic!
This charming Chinese restaurant is located in the bustling heart of San Francisco's Chinatown. They offer delicious food and a variety of beers. Although the restaurant is on the smaller side, it has two floors. The House Chow Fun is a popular dish, but we also loved the Kung Pao chicken and Wonton soup.
100 years old and going strong. All seating was full and we got lucky to get in. Really good Americanized Chinese Food. @jillrn_17 got Chicken with Green beans, I had Kung Pao Shrimp and we got some Chinese donuts like softer unsugared churros ,really crispy spring rolls and their BBQ roll a slimy noodle roll with slices and BBQ Pork. Jill was put off by consistency ,to me it was a sushi roll but weird. It was their ?this is what we are famous for ? appetizer. Enjoyed the meal.
I couldn't be happy anymore. The noodles were ahhhhmazing. Take only and a small place, but don't let it be quenched! We drove across the street into the park and watched how lion danced me, along with many locals playing cards. I can't stress enough that the food was so good and it was worth it! The price was also reasonable!
