Delicious ‘Pete’s Cheese Steak’! Excellent and friendly service, thanks!

Always LOVE the cheesesteak at Pete's! And, the cashier always remembers our order. Great neighborhood food and feel!

I had the avocado Swiss and turkey sandwich, everything was fresh and delicious. I only wish the Swiss was actually Swiss cheese, and not whatever that white processed thing was. It was otherwise satisfying, with fast friendly service :

I grew up with parents and uncles who had pizza/sun/deli places on the East Coast. This is the best sandwich spot in the city. The layering is correct, the portions of ingredients are proportionate to the sandwich, everything is fresh, and they make things quick. I discovered this place after living here 14 years and can’t believe it took this long!

Food is always fresh, made to order staff are great. Love this place ?
