Nob Hill Cafe - San Francisco

Not a good experience trying out this Cafe. First there's two doors, which no clear indication of which one is the main entrance. It took a minute to find someone so I can pick up my order. Secondly, the lasagna I ordered was disappointing. It was runny, tasteless, and small portion $20). Maybe the rest of the food is better, but this wasn't it.

We love this Italian restaurant in San Francisco. We have been dining here for over a decade. Whenever we visit SF, we make sure to stop by this place at least once during our trip.

This is my top Italian restaurant in San Francisco. They stay open late in the evening when most other restaurants in the area are closed. The staff are very friendly and I had a great conversation with the waiter about various topics. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable.

I went to Nob Hill expecting a typical tourist restaurant. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious and authentic taste of the food from the moment I tried the appetizer. I ordered beef carpaccio, penne, and tiramisu for dessert, and everything was fantastic. The dishes arrived quickly and were all incredibly tasty. The restaurant is cozy and small, and we sat at the front with a lovely view of the street and dining area. I absolutely loved it!

Just the best. I am currently relocating to SF from the east coast, and am staying at a hotel in the area until my flat is ready. Getting tired of hotel food I ventured out to find this spot. I have been here at least 3 times a week ever since. The aroma alone when you walk in is worth it! The pasta is amazing, the best I have ever had (sorry Nonnie). The pizza as well, flat crust, just perfection. Ya know what...might as well go back tonight! YUM!
