Moscow Tbilisi Bakery Store

Warning! Large pieces of glass found in the potato salad! We have some pastries and potato salad here. Everything looked really good and I was excited to try a Russian/Georgian meal. We took the food back to our hotel and to our horror found several huge pieces of glass in the potato salad. We were horrified and wanted to go back to the store to tell the staff. Unfortunately we didn't get time to do this, just like in San Francisco for a few days and had to go the next morning. I just want to warn everyone to be very careful with the food you buy from this place, and check every mouthful carefully!

One of my favorite bakeries in SF. I often get a Piroszhki as a very tasty tomb and go meal. Today was my puppet birthday, so I got a beso(sp? for her. Raspberry white chocolate mousse cake shaped like an apple. So delicious and very sweet. So many other beautiful candy you have to see yourself. You are quite rude here if you are not Eastern European, it is very good. I also love getting the poppy seed roll.

I needed a special dessert for my husband's birthday dinner. I drove from Santa Rosa to Silicon Valley and decided to pierce the city. Geary crossed down and saw the bakery sign and, wonder... an open parking right in front! A wonderful find! Beautiful young woman was friendly and helpful. I bought a box of beautiful pastries that were delicious as well as some delicious treats that were also delicious. Will definitely return to my next trip through the city.

About 50 minutes went to this bakery to get a dessert after lunch. We have 5 small mousse cakes, but unfortunately most of them were very gum-like. Mousse cakes should be soft and the fork should cut through them, but the texture of this mousse cake was sticky and hard. It was the same last year we visited. Very sad, because in the pictures they look amazing.

Best piroskis around. I drove from Sunnyvale (40 mi. Because I was craving one and my sister's kids had never had one they loved them and want me to go back. Can't beat the price either. The beef n cheese is my go to. I'm always greeted with a smile and a hello so that's a big plus.
