Bidrage med feedbackThe staff of this store had a very bad attitude towards the driver who came to pick us up, completely ignoring it. When I got there, I saw that my order was ready, and they didn't hand it to us! Left our meal there for over 10 minutes before it wasbrought to me! The staff are all very unfriendly, every staff shirk their work!
There computers were down and the kids all get out of school. No drive though always packed service is fast. Cooked as usual.
This one is very busy, The men get 1 toilet and the fountain actually scans your cup and let?s you know if you still qualify for a refill (drink really fast), first time I?ve seen that
MacDonald's has a reputation as low-quality (but cheap) food and often-unfriendly employees. I've been to this store three times now, and each time I find the food matches my (albeit low) expectations and I have no complaints. But I want to highlightthe staff: particularly the same young lady who serves me every time. She is always unhurried, even in very busy times. She isarticulate, approachable, professional, knowledgable, and she helps me choose what to order. The interaction is such a pleasurethat I look forward to visiting again.
For the past two breakfasts, you can NOT order thru the app or kiosk past 10am. Even though you can order breakfast til 10:30. So when trying to get the deal off the app it will not allow me to order. The first time the lady at the desk was superhelpful and just rung me up at the front. This time I had to argue with the lady at the front for 20 minutes, until shebegrudgingly rang me up and told me this was the 'last time she was going to do this ' We 've never even seen her before and allI 'm asking for is to place an order. Please fix ur mobile app/kiosk breakfast times!!!!!
