This restaurant is amazingly quiet and romantic, but the food could definitely be improved.

The cocktails at this restaurant are top-notch, but the atmosphere is more like an indoor dog park. I witnessed a dog sitting on a table, another crawling on the bar, and one roaming freely without a leash.

This is one of the best bars in the city, in my opinion.
