The vegan falafel wrap had dolmas in the interior that were not described in the menu. I wonder if they needed them to use them to put them in the packaging, along with watered hummus or tahini, mushy and bland falafel and water veggies. I understand that the SF prices are high, but the amount we paid for ground Bland food is inappropriate. the riders were beautiful and seasoned, and the staff was friendly. that food came out quickly.

I live in the neighborhood and I was here a few times. the ingredients are fresh and the vegan options are great. hummus is on the spot and the falafel is great.

The food is sometimes yummy! But the main reason I come by on Friday nights is to receive outstanding customer service by the sweet lady who handles the from area. She is extremely attentive and showcases what it really means to provide service. If it is busy, she helps find table. If it is open, she invites you in with open arms. Sophia is what Castro needs more of, a hostess that understands what it means to welcome a customer. The person behind the register needs to learn from her.

Clean fresh food and the staff plus owners are incredibly nice

I tried the combo plate, pita and hummus, white red Sangria, and baklava with a group of friends. Everything was fresh and delicious, with generous portions. The ambiance is warm and inviting and possibly the best 'see be seen ' spot in the city! 5 STARS!
