Grumpy's American Pub - San Francisco

This restaurant is the top choice in the area. The bartenders are always welcoming and the food is fantastic. I tried the French burger with blue cheese and bacon, requested it over a salad for a low-carb keto option, and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it.

The ambiance of the restaurant is fantastic. The burger I had wasn't particularly outstanding, but it also wasn't terrible.

The service at this restaurant is excellent, and the food is pretty good overall. This is definitely the place to go.

This pub has been my work bar for over 20 years! Back in the day, we'd go down every night and close out the joint. The clientele has changed over the years, but it's still one of the best local Barbary Coast bars along with Old Ship Saloon. Recommended food Super Burger (burger with bacon and a fried egg on top)!
