Ginza Sushi - San Francisco

Decent priced sushi with lots of variety, and great friendly service!

The food was decent. Thats the reason for the two stars. Service was horrible. We had to call a waiter over who then stood at our table and didn’t say anything until we asked “can we order”. Complete silence the whole time, then brought out the food in the wrong order , and asked us for ID’s AFTER giving us our drinks. Not even a smile. Def not worth it especially for Japanese food

Three of us were seated and ordered 3 entrees. In a timely manner they brought out 2 entrees, and took another 15 minutes to bring the 3rd person their entree. So 2 of us either wait 15 minutes while our food gets cold, so we can all eat together. Or, 2 of us eat while the 3rd person waits. Then the 3rd person eats while we wait.Restaurant 101: do whatever it takes to deliver everyone's food together, so they can eat together.

Incredible sushi and cocktails! And amazing price for the area too.

The fish in the Daburu roll was rotting and disgusting. It's offensive that the restaurant would use fish that was so rancid and think they can hide it in a roll. Rotting fish is disgusting rice doesn't hide it. The rest of the order was great.
