These were not even enchiladas, they seemed to be flautas instead. I was charged for sliced avocado but received guacamole. The only redeeming factor of this order was the chicken quesadillas. Overall, I found the experience to be very disappointing considering the price I paid.

The black beans are undercooked and tough. The cheese is not melted and the burrito is cold. It's difficult to justify the $10.36 price. I didn't realize that San Francisco could serve such a disappointing burrito.

I live in Castro and this is the only Mexican Taqueria I would recommend in this area.

I have been going to the burrito restaurant for years. It has changed names but has been consistent in service food quality. The Last 3 times have been very disappointing. Today, I asked my husband if he wanted a burrito for lunch and said; as long as we don 't go to the mean place . I asked which one, he replied the one on 18th Collingwood. I told him I 've only had good service there. He was right, mean cashier that was very curt rude. I later asked for a different tortilla, and she was once again very rude. We ended up with completely wrong orders. I will probably not go to this place again.
