Bidrage med feedbackStaff is very novice and or doesn't care for paying attention to the order you place. Unfortunately every time I go to here my order is wrong. I mean Everytime! Long waits with little to no line. Dirty outside of entry door and line order area. Security dudes do nothing to wackos interfering and bothering customers. Most of the employees are very friendly and really seem to listen to your order, but it gets messed up at least for me. Big thing is food is never hot. I always like to keep hope it will be better when I go and try again
3 customers inside and the 2 employees seemed overworked. It took 6 minutes before they paid attention to me standing at the pickup window. I actually had to make myself noticeable, although I was in plain sight. Not only that, they had not even to begun preparing the pre ordered order, which caused an additional delay of at least 5 minutes. All a bit of a nightmare if you're on a tight schedule. I'm sure the employees are hard working and I value their service but apparently there is a lack of organization and time management.
I order med online and asked for a bag , but they told me I need pay for the bag. This is the first time I encountered this situation from any Berger king.
819 Van Ness 6:30AM have been standing outside for 30 minutes waiting for them to unlock the door and give me the breakfast I ordered..
I made a mobile order which should mean I get in and out quickly, but the staff just ignored me for a while until I could finally flag someone down to let them know I had a mobile order. I know they were probably short staffed and busy, but I was literally being ignored.
